Our service process;
1. You become a member of hospitalinantalya.com. (This will give you the opportunity to benefit from our advantages later.) You send your request and images to the Whatsapp address.
2. We make an appointment with one of our plastic surgeons on your behalf and get detailed information about the medical evaluation and the procedure to be performed for you. We share this information with you via Whatsapp.
3. You ask us all your questions without hesitation. We answer them immediately.
4. If you request a free consultation from the Plastic Surgeon, you select the ‘Medical Consultation’ process from the link https://www.hospitalinantalya.com/booking. We can make an appointment via whatsapp with the plastic surgeon for you.
5. When you have made your decision, you register for the transaction on our site from the transaction /booking link.
6. We offer you our packages including and excluding accommodation as a written offer. Whichever package you choose, we proceed accordingly. Of course, in all processes, we get your approval at every step or ask for your alternative preferences. For example, in hotel selection, we offer you several hotels, you make the choice.
7. Airport-hotel-hospital transfers are included in all our packages. We carry out your transfers with our VIP car accompanied by an interpreter.
8. When we get your approval for hotel, hospital and treatment, we get 10% advance payment. This advance is for hotel and hospital bookings. If you give up 3 weeks before the appointment, your advance will be fully refunded.
9. When you receive your flight ticket and travel health insurance, you must send us a photo of it.
10. We make the treatment and holiday programme together according to your preferences. We take care that it is a personalised treatment and holiday. We ask for your preferences at every step.
